One trend that’s been sold to realtors in the last few years is single-property websites. These are a great idea – IF they are done right. The right way is via a 302 redirect (more on this..).
Done wrong, they hurt your SEO / Google-Position.
They’re great because of several reasons::
It’s a great way to get buyers more info, in an easy format – i.e. 123MapleSt.com – and the domain is only ~$10.87/year, money well spent if you promote the domain.
