Pillars of Success: Real Estate Marketing Niches

We have a new “6 Pillar System” that is mostly done and prepared for launch.

Some of this is based on previous design work and code, while a portion is new.

What are the pillars of business that are most important to you?

Here are the pillars we have thus far committed:

  • Expired Listings marketing
  • FSBO Listings Marketing
  • Homebuyer Marketing
  • REO Marketing (Getting you REO listings from the bank, and attracting buyers)
  • Listings (this is like a Pre-CMA, selling your marketing plan, etc.- designed to get you listings)
  • Short Sales
  • Relocations (??)
  • Seller Financing Properties (??)
